Fees and Policies

• Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their reservations up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time for a full refund of the total fare. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fare.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your ride, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new schedule without any additional fees.
• Refund Process: Refund requests can be made by contacting our customer service team via phone or email. Please provide your reservation details and the reason for the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
• No-Show Policy: If a passenger is not present at the designated pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the reservation will be considered a “no-show,” and no refund will be issued.
• Service Interruptions: In the event of service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, road closures, flight delays), we will notify clients as soon as possible. We will provide options for rescheduling or refunds based on the situation.
• Early and Late Pickup Surcharge: Rides scheduled for pickup before 6:00 AM and after 10:00 PM will incur a 20% surcharge.
• Gratuity Included: A 20% driver gratuity will automatically be added to the base rates for all rides, allowing you to relax knowing your chauffeur has already been generously tipped.
• Base Rate Overview: Our rates reflect a “Base Rate” for trips originating from or heading to South Haven, MI, accommodating up to 4 passengers and their luggage. We serve all of Southwest Michigan so accommodations to different destinations and additional passengers can be made upon request.
• Schedule of Payment: To ensure a smooth booking process, the full amount is due upon receipt of invoice to secure your reservation.
