Standard fares from South Haven include gratuity and cover up to four passengers with luggage. Everything else is quoted individually.

Before you book
Fees and policies
Cancellations
Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged half the fare.
Rescheduling
Let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll move your ride at no extra charge.
Refunds
Request a refund by phone or email with your reservation details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
No-shows
If no one is at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the reservation is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
Weather and delays
If weather, road closures or flight delays disrupt a trip, we’ll reach out right away with options to reschedule or refund.
Early and late pickups
Pickups before 6:00 AM or after 10:00 PM carry an additional surcharge, quoted when you book.
Gratuity
Driver gratuity is included in every standard rate. No tip is expected.

Posted rates are for trips starting or ending in South Haven with up to 4 passengers and luggage. Other destinations and larger groups are quoted on request.
Payment
The full fare is due on receipt of invoice to confirm your reservation. We accept all major cards through Square.
